Nonetheless, the major considerations are not limited to population, housing built and implemented, facilities found on the place, transportation, and most importantly the growing number of businesses that serve as a mean in increase employment opportunities to the area. Economic status is another measuring tool being looked at by many experts before declaring any area as a city. However, despite of the sign of progress that a city has, there are cities in various parts of the world that have been declared dangerous because of crime rate, and instability issues. 10. Caracas, Venezuela

The recurrent problem that city of Caracas has been experiencing is related to drug trafficking. Nonetheless, it is considered unsafe as well since, there is a high ratio of petty crimes, and robbery. People are blaming the government officials because they feel that anywhere they go, they can’t assure themselves that they will not be victims of ill-fated minds of the criminals.
