Movies are for our entertainment. They make us laugh, they make us cry. These are so wonderful that they make us get out of our daily boring and live a new world that is enchanting and fascinating. This year has been fantastic where movies are concerned and people are expecting movies 2013 to be even more fantastic. Let us take a look at 10 anticipated movies 2013 that are bound to be a major hit.

10. Iron Man 3

This action, adventure and Science Fiction movie has rocked the world with the first installment and with the Iron Man 2, the crowd was begging for more. Well the franchise is thinking that it is time to make plans for Iron Man 3. The director and producer have even declared the release date. It is anticipated that this movie will be released on 3^rd May 2013.  Right now the plot is unknown but the director is giving tantalizing hints that the Iron will be going to China.

9. Thor: The Dark World

Well, after the success of Thor, this was bound to happen. The first movie was such a success that the producer and director could not help themselves. The movie will start from where “The Avengers” left it and now Thor will walk alone and face his demons once again. The production house has already announced the release date; it will hit the cinemas all over the United States on 8^th November 2013.

8. G.I. Joe: Retaliation

The hard core fighting team is back. This time the G. I. Joes are not fighting with their mortal enemy alone, but they have to fight with the governmental forces as well. They are making it hard for the team and Joes are trying their best to fight the forces of evil and make them pay for their sins. This time Channing Tatum is not the only hot thing, we will also see Dwayne Johnson. The release is 29^th March 2013.

7. Monsters University

Have you ever thought how Mike and Sulley met? Well they met at the Monsters University and they were not greatest of pals. This is the prequel that Disney movies are successfully making. People are desperately waiting to see the movie and look at the relationship of Sulley and Mike before they became friends. The movie is set to be released on 21^st June 2013.

6. Jack the Giant Killer

This is one of the most anticipated fairy tales of the next year. This story is about the time when men and giants lived in harmony, but their relationship is changing and the giants have now taken a princess in their custody. Now Jack must go where the giants live and rescue his princess before it is too late. Although the release date is 22^nd March 2013 but it is possible that it will be stretched to June.

5. The Lone Ranger

This movie has Johnny Depp in it so we can be sure that this movie will be fantastic. In this movie he is laying the character of Tonto, in this movie Johnny will be recounting the untold tales about a justice legend by the name of John Reid. He will explain how this man of law turned the world upside down and became the Lone Ranger. The movie will be released on 3^rd July 2013.

4. Oz: The Great and Powerful

Have you ever thought how the wizard became the ruler of Oz? If you have that question in your mind then it will be answered next year. This is a prequel to the world famous movie the Wizard of Oz and people just cannot wait any longer. It will be released on 8^th March 2013.

3. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

Who has not watched the Hunger games, this movie is sensuous and very demanding. The sight of Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth together is worth watching this movie on the big screen and the plot of this next movie is just perfect. Jennifer will be moving into the new dimension and she will take us there with her to be surprised. The movie is set to be released on 22^nd November 2013.

2. Grown Ups 2

Shame on you if you have not watched Grown Ups! This is one of the most hilarious movies of 2010 and now we will get to see more of these childhood friends with this second movie. Although the movie’s plot is not yet released but the release date is 12^th July 2013.

Perhaps this is one of the most anticipated movies of 2013. It will be released on 28^th June 2013. The story moves around the secret service agent who is assigned to save the life of the president when a Paramilitary group overtakes the White House. This movie has Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum so it is bound to be good.
